Pros

Get to work on new technology, skills, and products in the mobile space.

Very good on job training and an immense library and training resources.

Good work and life balance in some divisions.

Cons

Promotions and career growth considerations are mostly on how much you can market yourself and communicate your work and accomplishments with cross-functional teams in your organization. This might be true in most big corporations.

Non-core business divisions are ill-funded in R&D and not a very cooperative environment between divisions. A lot of upper management have been with the company a very long time compared to other companies; this impedes career growth and leads to more work per engineer at lower levels with resource and budget constraints.
