Easy to move jobs within Qualcomm; very hands-on approach by most folks who stay in the lab. Very interesting products to work on. The job is very secure.
Very top-heavy.
Long hours are expected, however, pay is much lesser than other tech companies.
To retain employees, you should try to pay more.
