Process

It was a brief 1-2 week process.
Very straightforward; everything I was told was true, other than the change in company size and protocol, which would have been impossible to know of.

One critical thinker: "How many gas stations in New York?"
5-10 year plan question
Had me do a quick off-the-cuff conversation

Qualtrics Work Experiences

low salary, moved to in office with little notice

Technical Lead • Current Employee

Pros: Coworkers are very talented, but underutilized.

Cons: Low salaries, upper management out of touch with their staff, in office when the jobs can be done totally remote, and no office in SLC despite a large number of employees in SLC.

Pathetic company. Buggy product. Toxic people.

Engineering Manager • Current Employee

Pros: There is nothing positive here.

Cons: Very buggy product. The product breaks for enterprise requirements since internally no performance testing, stress testing and API testing is done. More than the product, the people are "buggy". You have some junior members who are spreading lies about you. You have directors who are making you a scapegoat for their mistakes and you have HR that is appeasing upper management without even giving you an opportunity to listen to your perspective. Stay away from this poisonous place.

Pros: Good salary and benefits, a good work-life balance, and a solid tech stack.
