Pros: Work life harmony Good perks and benefits Keeps up with tech trends

Cons: The executive leadership doesn’t seem to have a grasp on how ground level execution is happening. The new CEO is taking action to drive momentum and innovation. Since the acquisition, there has been heavy bias and favoritism towards the offshore Poland office while both the quantity and quality of delivery is super low and the US teams do the heavy lifting. The culture has been built up for them to blame the US teams to cover their incompetence.

Pros: Great people, an amazing office and lunch, good WLB, and a great engineering culture.

Cons: There is some uncertainty about the company's future post Silver Lake acquisition; however, Q2 and Q3 2024 have been strong quarters so far.

Pros: Nothing to say here seriously.

Cons: There is no clarity on company direction, organizational structure, or priorities. Company-wide town halls talk about themes that 7000 employees don't recognize from their own work, and the messaging is disconnected from reality. Newly hired external executives work remotely from home while employees are expected in the office, which widens the gap between leadership and everyone else. There have been no promotions and no pay raises, and the employees are leaving and getting promoted quickly elsewhere. Attrition and the lack of direction point to an executive failure that needs to be addressed aggressively.
