Process
There was a super brief recruiter phone call at first (I think scheduled for 15 mins, only took 7). It was basically booking the next three rounds, which were technicals.
Each one was ~45 mins of LC mediums. All the interviewers were super nice, but the recruiter was pretty cold and unresponsive.

performance reviews with hard % quotas on Misses, Meets, and Exceeds;
obligatory on-call;
and lots of turbulence as C-suite executives who have largely been replaced in recent months.

Pros: Company has been great so far. At the beginning there were not many challenges, but that changed quickly and learning has been fun so far.
