- Two 45-minute technical interviews (LeetCode Mediums)
- One 1-hour behavioral/technical interview with the Hiring Manager (also LeetCode Medium).
Overall, it was a great experience. Every interviewer was super friendly and approachable. The recruiters were very supportive and helped answer any questions.
Questions
Validate binary tree. Another binary tree subtree problem. And a graph/array problem about flight paths.

Pros: There are some really interesting problems to work on. Compensation is competitive. The outlook on the company is excellent.
Cons: Post acquisition there have been layoffs and restructuring. That seems to have largely slowed down.

Pros: Competitive salary and benefits. Compensation is solid compared with the market, and the benefits package is genuinely good.
Cons: A recent restructuring with mass layoffs and little or no notice. Workload is high, and communication from leadership is weak — people often find out about big changes only after they happen.
