First round was a phone screening with an engineer. Coded on a platform similar to Google Docs, where both you and the interviewer can write and view code.

Pros: The office is nice, and most lower-level managers are great.
Cons: Company morale went from 100 to 0 in 2023 because of bad decisions by upper management. A lot of the best people left. Teams were broken up and sent overseas, and things are falling apart.
