Typical technical interview process. There were three sets of interviews:
- Tech screen
- "On-site" (can be virtual)
- Manager
The tech screen and "on-site" questions were similar in difficulty, but none of the questions were unreasonable. The manager interview was more focused on soft skills, but there was also a technical question.

Pros: The office is nice, and most lower-level managers are great.
Cons: Company morale went from 100 to 0 in 2023 because of bad decisions by upper management. A lot of the best people left. Teams were broken up and sent overseas, and things are falling apart.

Pros: There are some really interesting problems to work on. Compensation is competitive. The outlook on the company is excellent.
Cons: Post acquisition there have been layoffs and restructuring. That seems to have largely slowed down.
