Process
I had a phone call interview, but needed to access the computer to do the coding question. It was not a good experience. The quality of sound was so bad that it was really hard to fully understand the questions the person was asking.

Great pay, but sudden layoffs and poor communication
Software Engineer • Current Employee

Pros: Competitive salary and benefits. Compensation is solid compared with the market, and the benefits package is genuinely good.
Cons: A recent restructuring with mass layoffs and little or no notice. Workload is high, and communication from leadership is weak — people often find out about big changes only after they happen.
