I was contacted by a recruiter, who then immediately set me up with a phone screen. After passing the phone screen, I was invited on-site for a technical interview. It was four one-hour interviews where I was asked design and coding questions.
The entire process was streamlined, and everyone was extremely pleasant to talk to. There was very little waiting.
