Pros: A fast moving company with lots of products

Cons: Leadership sold out, and they laid off people who had been there 10+ years and kept people who were brand new because they were cheaper. I bet my career on this place, and I couldn't have been more let down.

Cons: Leadership sold out, and they laid off people who had been there 10+ years and kept people who were brand new because they were cheaper. I bet my career on this place, and I couldn't have been more let down.

Pros: Pay is above average with good benefits.

Cons: Roles and responsibilities are unclear for everyone. There is zero growth prospect; you are stuck until someone above you vacates, and even if they do, there is no guarantee the headcount will not be cut. Services are at the bottom of the food chain, and your voice is never heard. Finding fulfillment in work is a struggle when the goal post keeps moving. You will constantly be working in a state of panic with the lack of job security.

Cons: Roles and responsibilities are unclear for everyone. There is zero growth prospect; you are stuck until someone above you vacates, and even if they do, there is no guarantee the headcount will not be cut. Services are at the bottom of the food chain, and your voice is never heard. Finding fulfillment in work is a struggle when the goal post keeps moving. You will constantly be working in a state of panic with the lack of job security.

Pros: The people I worked with on a daily basis were great, and the benefits were solid.

Cons: Company isn't what it once was. Ever since COVID it's been heading downhill. Opportunities for growth are now severely limited. There have been 3 rounds of layoffs in the last 18 months. Silver Lake is squeezing every penny they can out of the company currently. Morale is low across the board for those that remain.
