Pay is above average with good benefits.
Roles and responsibilities are unclear for everyone. There is zero growth prospect; you are stuck until someone above you vacates, and even if they do, there is no guarantee the headcount will not be cut. Services are at the bottom of the food chain, and your voice is never heard. Finding fulfillment in work is a struggle when the goal post keeps moving. You will constantly be working in a state of panic with the lack of job security.
