Applied online and got a call from the recruiter for the initial screen. The on-site interview had a total of 5 rounds: 2 coding, 2 system design, and 1 behavioral. The difficulty of the coding questions was between medium and hard.

Pros: Qualtrics has been a great company to work for over the past 7 years and I have felt valued despite all of the change going on. Good benefits and compensation. Good people who work here.
Cons: The culture has never been the same since the SaaS slowdown and the acquisition by Silverlake. It is just plain ol' vanilla now.
