After the first round, I was called by the recruitment team. I said that I already had an offer and didn't want to attend further interviews. Then, after a few hours, they called me back and took details of my offer. They said they would cross that number, and I agreed to proceed to further interview levels.

4th Round Pure Technical Hands-on Programming (2 ~ 2:30 hours)
Next, 2 days later, it was in discussion for finalizing, but no call at all.
Finally, after 10 days, they said they could not proceed further due to a budget issue.
Strange, they already said they would cross the number of my existing CTC.
I felt really bad with Rakuten for the false promise. Really don't do such things; it's a waste of time and causes mental stress to the participants.
At least they should call and discuss if negotiation is possible. Unfortunately, nothing was done by the Rakuten HR Team.
