Senior leadership in India is very talented and of good pedigree. However, they are very passive, with all controls left over to Japan. This leads to a situation where control goes into incorrect/inexperienced hands.
There was resultant chaos and a lot of autocratic style resulting from such situations in my case (certain divisions).
Exercise more of your capability - represent India as a capable unit, not another offshoring outfit.
