Pros: Working with the best engineering talent in the world. Fully remote. You have a lot of ownership of your work. You can propose things that will actually get built. People are nice in general. Salary is competitive.

Cons: Work can be demanding. Still a startup that requires a lot of work, and the bar might be too high all the time.

Pros: Ramp has some of the strongest engineering, product, and design folks that I've ever worked with. Everyone is happy to jump in and help with your own stuff, and there's a high sense of ownership overall. I am impressed by the degree of extremely talented folks here — which is what initially attracted me to join — and I love learning from all of them.

Cons: The startup environment is not for everyone, but for me it is a blast.

Pros: Lots of smart and driven people! Very high speed and good projects!

Cons: Communication between teams is an issue, especially with teams that have lots of surface areas.
