First, screening with a recruiter. Mostly non-technical, asking about your experience.
Second, a take-home project where you are given a very basic app and asked to add functionality and improve the UI. I actually didn't mind this, as there was no stress and you could be creative with the solution and what features to add.
Third, a 60-minute technical interview with mobile devs. You are asked to write a simple app. I won't say exactly what, but it's to implement a common game.
