I applied on LinkedIn, and the Codesignal screening was immediately sent to me with questions about writing functions. A few hours later, they emailed me saying that they won't move forward with my application.

Pros: Everyone's super smart and also humble and friendly. Everyone's top of their game and highly driven, so you gotta work hard. The company's also growing crazy fast, and it's an exciting time right now. Leadership is also very accessible.
Cons: I can't really think of any. Sometimes I work ~50 hours a week, but nothing crazy.
