The online assessment was straightforward and technical. They provided helpful, constructive criticism at the end. I remember something about rock, paper, scissors, but I'm not too sure as this was a while ago. Prepare with classic LeetCode problems.

The interview process at Ramp was not too great. The questions were unrealistic and difficult. The interviewer didn't seem to care too much about seeing me succeed in the round and was a little arrogant.

The interview process takes forever. Recruiters or HR ghost you after the initial call. There is no update whatsoever. So, I guess nothing is really fast as they say; it's a slow hiring process. I have given the initial technical round many times,
