Pros: - Payment was fair. - Some benefits were ok.

Cons: - Greedy, evil leadership - Inhuman and heartless HR team - They don't care about their employees - Profits, profits, profits - Horrible work/life balance

Pros: You will be shocked that a workplace exists that is this good.

Cons: Honestly, not much. Some might say it is intense, but I think it is fine. You will not be coasting, and it is a fun place to learn and grow.

Pros: People are great. My team is some of the best engineers that i've had the pleasure of working with.

Cons: Engineering management is mostly individual contributors doing double duty. This is ideal if you like low involvement management and a relatively flat org chart. Not great if you want dedicated career, and not technical, mentoring and soft skill development.
