I interviewed for the RazorpayX team. The interview process was okay.

There were a few times where they called off the interview 10 minutes before the scheduled time. I understand that happens.

Apart from that, the interview process was smooth, but the end experience was really very poor for me.

After my last interview, which happened on Friday, later that day, the HR called and congratulated me on qualifying. The next week, they asked me to submit the code which I had given in round 2 (LLD), which was done like 2 weeks back. Lucky, I had the code with me.

They asked me about my other offers, and I shared them with them. This process took another week.

Next week, they told me I was rejected because I didn't perform well in the HM round and, at the moment, they're looking for a more experienced person.

The reason they gave was that they are using a new software, and one of the interviewers made a mistake in giving feedback.

It was an upsetting experience for me!
