Pros: The kind of work that a person gets is decent. Good for folks who are new joiners.

Cons: Work-life balance is the worst. You have to give an explanation for every second of your time. And the worst part, which happened to one of my teammates, is if any employee is performing less than perfectly, they push that employee into a PIP (Performance Improvement Program) and give them two months to become perfect or else they will terminate that person. I am leaving this organization now after this.

Cons: Wrong choice of tech stack given how large their codebase has grown. No one having the big picture of how to fix their tech problems. Subtle discrimination if you are not from an IV League college like the IITs. The previous point is ironic, since the people actually handling their codebase are mediocre engineers from mediocre colleges. Tech leadership has largely distanced themselves from the problems. Join if you are desperate in terms of salary growth. If you do, prepare yourself for excruciating code untangling sessions and learning bad practices and antipatterns.
