Pros: • Listens to people • Big budget for training, the highest I have seen in my career • Red Hat certifications are free • Blameless culture • Extra days off on top of statutory holidays • Alternative holidays or rest days when you are oncall • The best oncall rotation I have ever experienced, following the sun model, and weekend oncall are not full days, and I get a day off afterwards • Quarterly bonus, which depends on company and individual performance • No micromanagement • Fair treatment • They are always looking for improvements • Many more

Pros: 1. Great WLB 2. Pay is decent, and can be great if you get WFH, which is not hard to get in Red Hat 3. You'll get to work on leading technologies like Golang, Kubernetes, and etc.

Cons: 1. Growth and learning are slower. 2. Indian management is not great.
