The interview process has been bad.

First, I was offered a different position from the one I applied for and had an interview about. They told me to wait one week, and after several emails, they replied three weeks after the first interview. They told me to take another interview with the manager. I've never heard any feedback regarding that interview. I chased again the technical recruiter, who disappeared completely. Then I wrote to the one that gave me the referral and took care of it. After more than a week, I received an update stating that there were news and I would be contacted. In the end, my application was rejected with an automatic reply.
