Quality Assurance Engineer Interview Experience - Brazil

Process

Terrible experience. Communication is non-existent. It worries me a bit what kind of service the company is capable of providing if it cannot send a simple email to candidates. I had to keep tracking the interview status on the website, otherwise I would have missed some steps. Furthermore, during the interviews, the interviewers showed that they were just fulfilling an obligation to interview, as they had already hired someone else.
