The first stage consisted of a lengthy written assessment that included several deeply personal questions. This was followed by a psychometric test, after which I was informed I had not passed (so apparently the test was the reason, but I never had confirmation). The experience felt highly impersonal and seemed to rely solely on automated assessments rather than a holistic evaluation of a candidate's skills and experience.
