Process
Initial rounds of interview were by telephone. Then, all technical rounds were from the US by phone and Google Chat.
The first round of interview started off with basic screening on testing and Unix basics. That's the basic minimum requirement to filter the candidate.
Then, it was followed by technical rounds for the skill sets. There were also situation-related questions, asking how you would react or respond to a particular situation.
