Process
They contacted me through LinkedIn and asked if I was interested in the job position. First, there was an automated web-based test for the relevant technologies (Python, Bash). Afterwards, there was an hour-long phone technical interview. After that, they gave me 6 days to work on a small programming project, which took me 2.5 days to complete. Then there was another call, again technical.
Although they were satisfied with my technical level, they decided that I might not have the mindset for the position. So, I did not get an offer.
