The first step was a video screening with a recruiter. Most questions were about my previous experience, mainly technical. He/She also presented the company to me and asked why I want to work for Red Hat.
Next was a technical interview (video conference) with three people, approximately two hours. They started asking the same questions as the first interview about my technical experience. Then, they "bombed" me with a lot of too advanced language-based questions. A lot of them.
Overall, a very professional deal with the candidate but too demanding.
A lot of language-based questions.
