Recruiter contacted me over LinkedIn. I had a first interview with the recruiter for half an hour, with general questions and checking my interest in working with Red Hat. This was followed by an interview with a technical lead, discussing many scenarios about OpenShift & middleware software (not going deep technically). I tried to follow up with the recruiter to check on the new and final round, which was a presentation to a panel. He ignored me, as is usual behavior known from the Red Hat recruitment team. Then, after a month and a half, he decided to reply to me again, inviting me to the final panel interview. However, I had already received another offer, so I didn't continue the loop.
If you want to sell OpenShift, what are its benefits over vanilla Kubernetes and Rancher? How do you convince your client to adopt application modernization instead of legacy?
