I had a phone interview with the hiring manager, architects, the director (manager's boss), and recruiters. Then, I had a face-to-face, 3-hour interview where I had to deliver a 15-minute presentation on a topic of my choice. The process took a long time, and then, the day after I sent a nice thank you letter to the manager and team, I received a chain rejection email with zero feedback. All this happened after they showed genuine interest in bringing me on board. The whole process of the interview onsite felt rushed.
