Red Hat Interview Experiences
Software Engineer
I applied online and was contacted about a week later for a phone interview. It was a very professional and efficient process. Each round I moved on, they explained every step thoroughly and what to expect going forward.
Software Engineer Intern
Interviewer didn’t show up. The recruiter didn’t update me anything until the next day. The interview was around 2 pm, so they could’ve easily reached out, or the interviewer could’ve let the recruiter know, or something.

It seems like Red Hat recruiters are professionals at ghosting. I have been ghosted by at least three recruiters. I don't know what sort of training they receive at Red Hat. They think they are doing you a favor by contacting you.
