Great work-life balance; work-from-home opportunity.
I haven't found any con yet.
The interview was harder than expected for a phone screen. The interviewer asked very technical questions that I was not at all prepared for. The previous phone screen I had was not technical at all.
The process took four weeks. Talent acquisition involved first screening, then three interviews with senior engineers, followed by an offer and negotiation. There were no technical questions. Questions focused on open-source management and overall
Zoom interview. There were two interviewers. They explained about the project, its purpose, and the day-to-day work. After that, they asked me to solve two tech questions and present the solutions in a text file.
