Great for passion, not sure if great for the pay
- Everybody is nice.
- Everybody is very knowledgeable and tech savvy, and there's a lot to learn and a lot of room to progress and gain knowledge.
- A passion for technology.
- A very welcoming atmosphere, and they want the employee to improve in any way and on any path that he chooses.
- Relative to the market, average pay or less
- Not sure if it's a con, but older average age
- As a result of the previous point, I got the feeling of a lack of ambition from most people, who just want the relaxed job security.
Improve pay and compensation.
Maintain the rest, apart from pay I think it's a great place to work and the rest of the cons might just be part of the culture of the place and that's ok.
