Cons: - Weird management style (e.g., I didn't talk to anyone from management during my first two months there). - Millions of obstacles for contractors (lack of access here and there). - Long/late hours (including meetings at 11 PM - 12 AM). - Work during weekends or vacation is kind of okayish there. - Legacy systems that are still in active use, but no one is going to support them (unless it really hurts... and it does from time to time). - As a contractor, you'll be almost completely excluded from corporate life. - Enormous efforts to meet deadlines (including implementing poor/poorly tested solutions and sacrificing weekends) without any apparent reason to not just shift them.

Pros: - Great level of autonomy. - Very skilled developers. - Highly effective cross-functional teams. - Good pay, good fun. - Actual impact on the app that is used by millions. - Quick adaptation to the latest tech. - A/B testing culture.

Cons: - Things can get messy easily. - Tough onboarding. - Product people are too busy.

Pros: Smart people who deeply care about the product and the internet in general.

Cons: A bit micromanagey at times.
