Could be a good place to work if you are based in the US
- Good (though far from the best) compensation;
- Smart co-workers;
- Great product;
- Can't imagine any other pros;
- Weird management style (e.g., I didn't talk to anyone from management during my first two months there).
- Millions of obstacles for contractors (lack of access here and there).
- Long/late hours (including meetings at 11 PM - 12 AM).
- Work during weekends or vacation is kind of okayish there.
- Legacy systems that are still in active use, but no one is going to support them (unless it really hurts... and it does from time to time).
- As a contractor, you'll be almost completely excluded from corporate life.
- Enormous efforts to meet deadlines (including implementing poor/poorly tested solutions and sacrificing weekends) without any apparent reason to not just shift them.
