I applied directly on Reddit's careers portal. The recruiter reached out to me after the application and asked a few questions about my experience that were relevant to that particular job.

After that, there was one general programming round that had questions very similar to what Stripe is known for asking in their coding rounds.

Following the general programming screening round, there was a call with the hiring manager of the team. That went well, and then I was invited for onsite interviews that comprised of four rounds:

• General Programming
• Hiring manager round (with another HM)
• System Design round
• Backend programming round

The interview process was very smooth and well-organized, which I really liked about Reddit. Unfortunately, I couldn't clear the bar.
