Recruiter call to discuss role expectations, work culture, compensation ranges, and timeline. The recruiter was very thorough and responded very fast throughout the process.
1-hour technical coding screen conducted via an online code editor. This involved a normal LeetCode medium-level question framed within a Reddit context.
Four 1-hour onsite interviews:
The recruiter briefed me on what to expect at each round. The onsite interview was a virtual invite that listed each interviewer, their LinkedIn profile, and the expected focus for each round. I was given the opportunity to split the interviews over two days instead of a continuous 4-hour block, which I accepted.
Overall, there was nothing surprising nor overly difficult. The interviewers were really cool people, and it was possible to bounce ideas and thoughts off them instead of facing a brick wall. I really enjoyed the experience.
