Software Engineer Interview Experience - United States

Process

I first applied online.

I had a 30-minute chat with a recruiter who was incredibly kind and knowledgeable.

Next, I had a 45-minute coding screen with an engineer. It was one of the best coding screen experiences I've had. The engineer was very friendly, relatable, smart, and incredibly communicative throughout. I finished the problem optimally with some time remaining.

I was ultimately ghosted.
