This has started as a slow decay and is accelerating. * Smart decisions were used in the past to reduce work and advance progress. Currently, the company has shifted to working employees toward burnout, with flat-out mandatory requests for weekend work to reach company goals. * It is becoming a "yes sir" culture where you have to say what management wants to hear. * The values of the company are not reflected in how they treat their employees as they have been in the past.
