Pros: Relativity Space was and still is an amazing adventure. Worked with and was mentored by some of the best engineers and technicians in the industry. The Stennis Team moves fast and makes what seems impossible, possible. If you are looking for a radical punk rock experience with little red tape, this is the place. You will be given incredible responsibility and be literally pushing the company forward each and every day. This environment encourages one to either grow or die, but you are not alone with plenty of resources and support for help. Individual achievements are celebrated, but the team's overall success is what it is about. The Stennis team pushes extremely hard to meet company objectives and site objectives. So much so, we bite off a lot more than we can chew, meaning every single person at Stennis needs to be highly efficient. This can be a lot coming in as a new hire, but you will be better for it. Our hiring and recruiting is slow, but our talent is top tier, speaking for Stennis of course. The sauce is strong here.

Cons: Working long days and weekends will be your life, but you will also be testing rocket engines, so that is not really a con, just a way of life.

Pros: You will work with some of the most talented rising stars in your industry, along with a few veteran staff from other places. When you can sit down and have a conversation, you will learn so much from what you share.

Cons: The staffing levels don't match the company's dream for itself. In order to meet schedule, employees have to extract as much value from each other, to the point where a decent percentage are substantially drained. You sacrifice so much to this job that you remain accountable and maintain performance, but when you look in the mirror, you're left with a husk of yourself.

Pros: - Improving the physical environment; better workspaces and food are in the works. - Great and epic possibilities if Terran R flies successfully.

Cons: - HR policies are inconsistent. The HR department is beholden to whatever your manager wants to do that day. - Key managers have no leadership experience and no interest in learning human skills. - No priority is placed on employee education or advancement. - Questions on long-term company viability are about on par with other startups.
