Great company

Pros: We work on things that are probably interesting, and management is very supportive.

Cons: The company is transitioning from a startup environment, which is causing a bit of turnover even as the company grows.

Good

Pros: Lots of dedicated people working really hard because they want to, as opposed to some other companies that force insane hours.

Cons: Office space is being upgraded from the original owner, but it is not done yet.

Fast Paced Environment, Good Culture

Engineer • Current Employee

Pros: You can learn a lot at Relativity very quickly, which is great for those just entering the aerospace industry. There is a good mix of new engineers and people who have experience in the industry. The culture is good at Relativity; there is a good focus on DEI and management is very communicative. I cannot say this for all departments though.

Cons: High workload and growing pains; it is still a startup environment here, so a lot of responsibility is put on employees. The rapid management changes and pivots can be a bit jarring. Work-life balance does not seem to be even across the company, and some departments have it better than others. Culture can vary across teams. Benefits are not the best.
