You can learn a lot at Relativity very quickly, which is great for those just entering the aerospace industry.
There is a good mix of new engineers and people who have experience in the industry.
The culture is good at Relativity; there is a good focus on DEI and management is very communicative. I cannot say this for all departments though.
High workload and growing pains; it is still a startup environment here, so a lot of responsibility is put on employees. The rapid management changes and pivots can be a bit jarring. Work-life balance does not seem to be even across the company, and some departments have it better than others. Culture can vary across teams. Benefits are not the best.
Please continue the DEI efforts, which really are appreciated. Also, please emphasize communication from the bottom up. At times, the company feels a bit top heavy when it comes to management, and requesting and acting on feedback from those not in management is essential. Further building out a healthy culture is super important. And applying it across the organization is also important, as I have not seen consistency across teams when it comes to this.
