Pros: - Health benefits - Culture - Salary - Work life balance

Cons: The system for raises has changed recently, and I am interested to see how this adjusts. Promotions seem difficult.

Pros: Eric Schmidt is an engaged and committed CEO. Rockets are cool, and it is a privilege to work on them.

Cons: Regarding the software group, the feel is more like a late-stage corporation than a startup, and unfortunately, the political sharks are eating the hard-working minnows. There is noticeable tribalism between different demographics. Those in power treat workers as disposable, knowing that they can easily replace them with the next wave of people eager to work in the industry.

Pros: Interesting and fulfilling work, nice people, strong sense of ownership, an excellent learning and growth environment, a daily $10 lunch credit, and good snacks.

Cons: Strong ownership means lots of responsibility, aggressive timelines, and very minimal 401K matching.
