Pros: We are working on some hard problems, but everyone is focused and the emphasis is on being a team player. Everyone is respected and valued, and the team is made up of some brilliant minds thanks to a really high hiring bar. Everything is well thought out, and this company is handling the growing pains much better than other startups I've been a part of. The CEO is approachable, doesn't give that "CEO aura" that can turn people off, and listens to those around him. This mentality shows with the rest of the team.

Cons: Facilities really: Parking, building temperature. A few other benefits that would be great, but all of these things are easily fixable as the company grows.

Pros: You can learn a lot at Relativity very quickly, which is great for those just entering the aerospace industry. There is a good mix of new engineers and people who have experience in the industry. The culture is good at Relativity; there is a good focus on DEI and management is very communicative. I cannot say this for all departments though.

Cons: High workload and growing pains; it is still a startup environment here, so a lot of responsibility is put on employees. The rapid management changes and pivots can be a bit jarring. Work-life balance does not seem to be even across the company, and some departments have it better than others. Culture can vary across teams. Benefits are not the best.

Pros: Great collaborative culture compared to others in the industry. Smart balance of pushing additive technology vs building an economical rocket.

Cons: No steady income yet, and dependent on investors.
