Nice interviewer, but it was the only interview I’ve ever been a part of where it was 30 minutes of straight technical questions. They didn’t really ask about my resume at all. By far the most difficult interview I’ve had.

Pros: - Improving the physical environment; better workspaces and food are in the works. - Great and epic possibilities if Terran R flies successfully.

Cons: - HR policies are inconsistent. The HR department is beholden to whatever your manager wants to do that day. - Key managers have no leadership experience and no interest in learning human skills. - No priority is placed on employee education or advancement. - Questions on long-term company viability are about on par with other startups.
