Process

I was contacted by a recruiter for a phone screen shortly after applying. The next step was a phone interview with the hiring manager. I was told I would have to give a 30-minute presentation during my on-site interview. Less than one week prior to my interview, I accidentally received an email informing me the position had been filled. They insisted this was a mistake and that I interview anyway. During my interview, the hiring manager confirmed the position was, indeed, filled. I wasted a significant amount of time preparing a lengthy presentation because of this disorganized company.
