The original Relativity Space is gone, and the constant flux in decision making from management is difficult to navigate. This leads to a lot of last-minute emergencies that require long hours. Work-life balance is non-existent.
Set reasonable expectations with the given resources that are already there. Having people work more hours and cracking down on office policies does not increase productivity.

Relativity Space Interview Experiences
Lead Engineer
There was a straightforward online application and sharing of my resume and previous work experience. Then, a few short phone calls for initial screening. It took some time to get interviewing started, but not too long – maybe a few weeks.
Propulsion Test Engineer
It was on Microsoft Teams. It was very technical, as they asked me about heat transfer and structures (out of the four topics that they asked me to review on before the interview).

I spoke with my potential manager and an HR rep before giving a 30-minute presentation to the manager, HR rep, and other peers. The presentation was followed by about 2 hours of questions in 30-minute increments. I found the process intense, but fair
