Lead Engineer
There was a straightforward online application and sharing of my resume and previous work experience. Then, a few short phone calls for initial screening. It took some time to get interviewing started, but not too long – maybe a few weeks.
Software Engineer II
The interviewer asks questions about whether you know the company or not, and what they do. Then, they ask you to describe who you are and your background. There will be technical questions as well.
Senior Engineer
For a senior Engineering position. They put 20-year-old college students from non-relevant backgrounds to ask very technical senior questions! I hope the company spends some money to hire better technical recruiters.
