I received a home assignment prior to my first interview. It's common practice and perfectly acceptable. However, it was reviewed late in the evening. I was then asked to make additions to the assignment, and the interview was scheduled immediately

First was the interview, then the tech interview. Everything was fine. I stopped after the HR interview because I wasn’t ready to relocate in 2 months. The offers were to relocate to Poland or Portugal, with other locations available after one year.

I had an online interview with a talent acquisition manager. We spoke about my experience and expectations for a new job. Everything went well, but they didn't send any feedback. It was very disappointing.
